Ordering process
1. Inspiration / Idea
To begin our cooperation, choose the option that suits you best:
a.) Share your vision or technical brief.
b.) Define your budget and receive several offers that fit it.
c.) No idea, but strong desire? Just reach out, and we’ll shape it together.
Stage 2. A personal offer (PDF)
An offer including 3 concepts based on your needs, mood, and budget.
Stage 3. Agreement & payment
Once we confirm the concept and cost, we sign a custom agreement. The art process starts right after 50% advance payment.
Stage 4. Creation
It can take from 1 to 5 weeks, depending on complexity.
You’ll receive updates with photos/videos — we’ll stay in touch during the process.
Stage 5. Feedback & revision
One major revision is included — for changes in color, composition, or emotional direction. Minor modifications are free. Additional major changes: +150 PLN.
Stage 6. Final approval & delivery
Secure, beautifully packed shipping (free above 800 PLN) or personal pick-up in Wrocław.
